The innovative automatic anti-mould system for whole cheese rounds.

Comiz Flow in collaboration with CIP presents the innovative automatic anti-mould system for whole cheese rounds. Whole cheese rounds are immersed in a special liquid produced and distributed by CIP, and whose chemical composition protects the cheese and inhibits surface mould formation.

The device is totally cleansable, with its removable tank for effortless and complete cleansing, a continuous monitoring of the liquid inside the immersion tank, as well as a system for counting the treated cheese rounds at the end of the production cycle.
